Got my smoothie cups quick

Needed some PET-Trinkbecher for a party. Ordered them last minute and they got here pretty fast. Easy peasy, no drama. Will probably get more stuff from here when I need it.

Good boxes, slow delivery

I ordered some Faltkartons for our move. The boxes themselves were sturdy and easy to assemble, which was great. The pricing was competitive too. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around 6 days. It wasn't a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry.

Detailed feedback on my order

I recently placed an order for various gastronomy supplies, specifically some Coffee-to-go Becher, Deckel mit Kreuzschlitz, and a few packs of Rührstäbchen. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I found all the items quickly using the search function. Shipping costs were clearly displayed before checkout, which I appreciate. The package arrived in 4 business days. Everything was correctly packed and none of the cups or lids were damaged. The coffee cups felt sturdy enough for daily use, and the lids fit perfectly without leaking. I also needed to contact customer service about an invoice query a few days after delivery, and they responded to my email within a day, resolving it efficiently. Overall, a solid experience for business supplies.

Consistent quality, reliable service

I've ordered from Verpackungsteam AT a few times now, mostly for Umzugskartons and some Klebeband. This last order was for some additional Seidenpapier and Polstermaterial. As usual, the quality was exactly what I expected, and the items arrived well-packed. Their delivery times have always been reliable for me, typically within 3-4 business days. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting. The website is easy enough to navigate, though sometimes finding specific smaller items takes a moment.
